In an anti-mom world, children still matter

Children see us at our worst and love us still; recognize us at our best and let us know — joyfully.

Children share the honest, bold truth innocently and without judgement; are innocent enough to recognize evil we’ve come to think of as good — or inconsequential.

Children are our greatest problem solvers, world unifiers, change makers, peace makers, joy makers.

Children — just by their existence and future existence — implore us to want better, push us to strive harder, and stir the most hardened toward better.

Without children, would it matter what happened to the world?

Would making the world better make a difference?

Would climate change matter?

Would foreign relations matter?

Would the future matter?

Children matter.

Their lives matter.

Life matters.
